"There is work to do in reconciling ourselves to each other so we can live together in a community
that cares for each other and our children."
Steve Faas, director of Clancy Street Ministries

Clancy Street Ministries is sustained by donations (which are tax deductible) and serves the Belknap neighborhood of northeast Grand Rapids with developmental programs that empower people and build a healthier community. Our success is significantly impacted through the generosity of individuals, small businesses, organizations and corporations.

There are two significant events at Clancy Street Ministries. Every Spring, CSM holds its Annual Fund Raiser. This event provides most of the funding for the year's programs; and consequently impacts the success of those programs. Every Christmas, Clancy Street Ministries organizes the Adopt-A-Family Program where qualified families receive presents and food.

The facility at 940 Clancy Avenue NE includes over 7,200 square feet on 1 barrier-free floor, a large multipurpose area for worship and community gatherings, dedicated teen room, six classrooms, infant and toddler nursery, laundry facilities accessible form the outside of the building, counseling room, commercial kitchen, reception area, staff offices and an outside play area.
